The room was beautiful and big with a comfortable sofa, but a bit on the small side for the price we paid. Being in the annex was okay due to the lovely weather, but it wouldn't be ideal in the rain. The service was exceptional and all staff were friendly and helpful, especially considering the hotel had just opened. The location was fantastic, a short walk from the center and close to the harbor. The dining experience was lovely with great table service and quality ingredients. The facilities were excellent overall.

The room I had, number 2, was the best and biggest in the hotel, very clean with a brand new massive four-poster bed. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.

The staff seemed to handle everything effortlessly and were always there to please, especially the room cleaners who even helped me with the tight car park. Constantly attentive and caring.
